When entering the practice you will be greeting by one of our friendly, caring, professional Optical Assistants who will make sure that your time in the practice starts in a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. In Appleby this could be Anna or Rosemary; and in Kirkby Stephen it could be Sarah or Hazel.
Once you have been ‘checked-in’, you will then be guided through a series of tests that lead up the full eye exam by one of our fully qualified Optometrists – Richard Nicholson or Lucy Peart. Contact lenses and spectacle options can be discussed with Mike, who is a fully qualified Contact Lens Optician & Dispensing Optician.
